Shipping & Returns
- All of our products are handmade and dispatched from the UK.
- Most of our items are ready for dispatch within 3-4 working days but please allow 7 working days, especially at peak times like Christmas/Mothers day.
- We use Royal Mail as our main UK postal service and once dispatched delivery times are estimated at :
2-3 working days UK
3-5 working days EUROPE
5-7 working days REST OF THE WORLD
- All postage costs are calculated at checkout using a pay by weight system which we find is the most cost efficient way for the customer.
- Proof of postage is retained for all orders so in the occurrence that an item is not received please let us know as Royal Mail Investigations can trace the parcel/address for you
- PLEASE NOTE - Here at Precious Creations 74 we pride ourselves on a fast and efficient dispatch time but we ask for your patience if postal delays occur from Covid Related Issues or Postal Strikes/Disputes.
Return & Exchange Policy
- We hope that you love our Precious Creations as much as we enjoy making them , but if you are unhappy with the quality or it is not as described then please do not hesitate to contact us for a speedy resolution .
- Please be aware that as with all personalised item sellers we do not accept returns or give refunds for items with incorrect personalisation details given by the customer.
- If we have made an error with your personalisation we will of course rectify swiftly with an exchange / refund.
